What is sublimation?
Sublimation ink is a special ink used on custom items. The ink has vibrant colors and can be transferred only on light color shirts/material.
What is HTV?
Heat transfer vinyl (HTV) of a specialty vinyl polymer that can be used on certain fabrics and materials to create designs and promotional products. It comes in a roll or sheet form with an adhesive backing so it can be cut, weeded, and placed on a substrate for heat application.
Creation/Processing Time & Shipping
Due to the nature of the business, custom orders require time to create. Depending on the product, creation processing time is usually 3 to 5 weeks, but can take up to 6 weeks. Of course, bulk orders require more time. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Please allow 3 - 4 business days for shipping. You will be provided a tracking number once shipped.

Returns & Refunds
We have a no return no refund policy. Custom products cannot be returned. Because of this, we do provide proofs for approval on most custom products.
If your item arrives damaged, you'll need to submit a claim to the parcel delivering party USPS and provide all details and proof of damage. Once the claim is approved by USPS, we will replace the damaged item/items. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at FaithAngelCreations@aol.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can immediately evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Returns are accepted if the error is found due to our negligence. Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
